Service providers
Last updated: October 16, 2026.
These are the companies that process personal information on Pursiva's behalf, what each one does, and where. Each one may use the information only to provide its service to Pursiva, under a written agreement. We update this page before adding a new provider. See our Privacy Policy for more.
| Provider | What it does for Pursiva | Information it handles | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud (Google LLC) | Hosting, database, file storage and background processing | All account and student information | United States |
| Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) | Sign-in, password resets and sign-in emails | Account holder's email address and sign-in details | United States |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI models that write plans, feedback, assessments and draft messages | The information each feature needs, such as profile answers or an essay draft | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payments and membership billing | Account holder's name, email and payment details | United States |
| Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC) | Sending account emails (price and Terms notices, account-deletion confirmations, security alerts) and product reminders | Account holder's name and email address, and the email's text | United States |
| Netlify, Inc. | Hosting the pursivaprep.com website | Website visitors' technical information and waitlist emails | United States |
None of these providers may use Pursiva's information for advertising, and none may use the student's information to train AI models. One note on Stripe: like every payment processor, Stripe uses payment details to detect and prevent fraud across its network, including in the machine-learning systems that do that, under its own privacy policy. Stripe receives only the account holder's name, email and payment details, never anything about the student.
